To give the opportunity for others to be served, any no-show appointments or appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment takes place will forfeit their payment/session. I do not offer refunds for my coaching services as I am a fee-for-time service. I promise you will get out of the coaching session what you put into it.
