When it comes to having control over personal finances, not everyone has a good handle on it. I was living paycheck to paycheck, not taking my savings very seriously, and kept adding more debt throughout most of my 20s. I would buy things I could not afford and invest in get-rich quick schemes that did not help me. I was taught a lot of vague information on personal finances. At the age of 27 I was struggling with my finances. I decided to get help from a financial coach. I was sick and tired of struggling financially.
